Pep Guardiola knows the club needs a shake up after a string of bad results and that could be this weekend vs Luton.

Pep spoke about the mentality, the injuries and much more:

“I think the club needs a shake.”

“I will say something, for the club it is necessary to live those moments.”

“I see the hunger in the opposition (to beat us). To recover that we have to lose.”

“When you win, you are the best team in the world. When you don’t win, you are not. We don’t need to hear that from outside, we know that. We have always had moments when we don’t we win, we have to change that...”

“Luton are doing really well, we saw what they did against Arsenal... We will try to get back to our level, we are not far away...”

“We have to go to Luton and adapt to how they play. I expect moments like this always. I didn’t expect four #PL games without a win. Villa are a fantastic team right now. I had the feeling they would be a contender...”

“Kevin [De Bruyne] will be back when he is, we don’t rush him and when he’s back we will welcome him with open arms...”

“We were top [of the #PL] not so long ago but now we played Chelsea, Liverpool, Spurs, and Villa - top teams...”

“Do you know how much we struggled last season? We were eight or nine points behind Arsenal, with all the injuries we had...”

Pep knows time is of the essence and this is a great match to pull out all three points.
