The transfer window is over and we continue with links as reported today is that Man City lead the race for Erling Haaland-
#ManCity are ‘currently in pole position’ to sign Erling Haaland. Dortmund’s asking price will be set at €75M - plus additional bonuses - in 2022. @ManCity will have the financial means to afford the transfer fee, wages, and agent commissions.

I’d take the report with a grain of salt and many have even throwing out this report as it being a smoke screen after failing on so many deals throughout the summer. And that’s the thing about races its about how you finish, not if your leading now around a year before a decision is made.
Haaland is obviously a huge get and will be a key cog of any team he joins, but the race will be intense between City, Real Madrid Bayern Munich and maybe more.
Not to mention the agent, infamous Mino Raiola, who could command as much as 30 million euros in fees seeing as Haalands release clause is ‘manageable.’
Then, Haalands wages will be extraordinarily high as much as 50 million euros makes it a tricky disposition.
Thoughts on the new report?
