Manchester City are bracing for a possible transfer request from Bernardo Silva. Atletico Madrid are the team sounding the closest to meeting valuation.
In news that broke yesterday, Standard Sport reported that a potential Bernardo Silva for Saul Niguez swap.
Other rumors have had it be known that Bernardo while happy at the club and with it, is not a fan of the city. From the cold/rain to the nightlife.
It is a sentiment many have echoed before, but to the point of leaving is worrisome.
A swap here with Atletico could be interesting and while I would not like it, Saul arriving plus some cash like 15-20m would be nice.
The question will be if it gets done as player swap deals are notoriously tricky.
Considering there are many targets (Grealish, Kane, Mendes...etc) for City on the board this would be a good injection of cash plus a solid player at lower wages.
