Manchester City are on the chase for Sergio Ramos and recent developments from ESPNFC have declared that City offered Ramos a two year deal with a potential extension if he wishes to play in the MLS after.
Ramos has also reportedly narrowed his wish list to Man City, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint Germain. The list is heavyweights only and what could separate City from the rest is Pep Guardiola. I do believe if Pep wants him then City will get the deal over the line.
The one positive of this deal is it is a free transfer and the wages are not exorbitant, reportedly 6-8 million Euros net. Way down from his reported demands of 12m+.
City is expected to have a nice stash of cash and wage from selling various City loanees of which includes, Lukas Nmecha, Jack Harrison, Douglas Luiz and more. Add some potential first team sales and adding Ramos plus one to three more players is very manageable.
Thoughts on the new details in the Ramos saga?
