Manchester City Women’s star Chloe Kelly has been nominated to receive the PFA Fans Player of the Year award.

The striker joined the blues from Everton last summer and hit 16 goals in her debut campaign from 34 matches, and also provided 11 assists. Kelly was a constant thorn in the side of opposition defences until she was taken off injured in a 4-0 home win against Birmingham City.

Kelly was named in the PFA WSL Team of the Year earlier this month and underwent an operation for her ankle injury in May, tweeting that the procedure was a success.

She faces opposition for the award in the form of:

Ella Toone (United)

Sam Kerr, Fran Kirby and Ann-Katrin Berger (Chelsea)

Vivianne Miedema (Arsenal)

You can vote for Chloe by using the club website, but voting closes on Friday 18th June.

Good luck Chloe
