The writing seems to be on the wall for one Benjamin Mendy. The fullback could depart this summer and PSG seems a likely destination.

The Sun reported PSG are ‘keen’ on him if the price is right. The price could be around 30 million euros, which to be honest, would be a coup for City.

From injuries to erratic form, Mendy has been unable to keep his spot at City. Most recently, getting beat out by Oleks Zinchenko at his preferred left back side.

If this is the end, then one has to say his time in Manchester was disappointing. Arriving after a magical run with Monaco that led them to a semi final in the Champions League, he arrived to much fanfare at City.

Injuries are mostly to blame, buit pair that with trouble out of the pitch and it was not a good recipe for success.

Alas, if City can get anywhere near 30m euros, then it is a no brainer deal to do.
