Pep Talk: “We are back and getting better...”

Pep said-

“We have the feeling we are getting better,” he said.

“We are more comfortable; we control more aspects than in some games earlier in the season, when players weren’t fit or had Covid.

“But we are back and getting better - but football is always changing so you cannot think it is done.

“Football is little details that can be destroyed. Don’t be disappointed when results are not going well because the situation is weird. And when it is going well, be calm and think about the next game.”

With Manchester CIty now at 18 (!) matches unbeaten Pep is rightfully happy. Who wouldn’t be? Now, the second half of the season will test City and the Champions League bogeyman is still there, but this team is gaining real confidence and despite injureis should be in great shape to compete for all four trophies remam9ng.
