Preview

City enter with an impressive unbeaten run in all competitions at nine games, with just two goals conceded in that time. They now have 13 clean sheets all this season. Add a week of rest after the Everton match got called off and City should be more than ready.

Chelsea meanwhile, are in sixth position in the Premier League, on the same points as City (26), with their last league outing coming in a 1-1 home draw against Aston Villa. They’ve been lackluster thus far given the heavy investment in to the club.

A fantastic match is in store for us as Lampard v Pep should be a fascinating encounter. Which team will come out in front?

Team News

Pep Guardiola will have an absence in Eric Garcia while five more unnamed players will be out with COVID.

Chelsea face two players out in Reece James and Hakim Ziyech.

Prediction

Manchester City 3-0 Chelsea
