Preview

Manchester City are seeking to match Leicester City by winning their opening two matches.

The visiting Foxes can achieve their best ever start to a Premier League season but have lost their last four fixtures at Etihad Stadium.

Team News

Leicester’s Wilfred Ndidi could be out for up to 12 weeks with an abductor injury. Jonny Evans is available to return following a three-match suspension and after recovering from a thigh problem. Ricardo Pereira (knee) remains out.

For City, Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus will be out.

Prediction

A motivated Leicester are aiming to start a top-flight season with three successive victories for the very first time. City, with injuries and no strikers will look to hold them off and I don’t know if it will be enough. I see a testy game with not much leeway for errors and one where City will have to score what they can get.
