Reading ace Fara Williams believes the WSL is the best division in the world following the arrival of star signing Lucy Bronze, reports thesun.co.uk.

Lucy Bronze signed for Man City after winning three consecutive Champions League trophies with Lyon. Bronze was part of the Lyon team that beat Wolfsburg to win the Champions League last month. She’s set to try to deliver Champions League success after returning to Manchester City. Bronze, who left City in 2017, believes the club have become more ambitious and said she refused to entertain offers from elsewhere.

Lucy Bronze and Alex Greenwood say they are returning to the best league in women’s football after completing moves to Manchester City this week.

Lucy Bronze could be set to make a difference in her debuts with Manchester City this Sunday for the first time in three years with their rival Brighton today.

She told the mancity.com ,

“I want the team to win more silverware, be more consistent, get back to winning the league, push to make the Champions League final and just go to the next level”

Both Bronze and left-back Greenwood made their debuts as City hosted Brighton in the WSL. Tempers were high with expectations about today’s hit between Man City vs Brighton and all eyes are focused on the new signings including Bronze and Alex. They were held as it resulted in a stalemate, but both players played well.
