Manchester City are seemingly under agreement to sign the young Brazilian midfielder, Diego Rosa.
City Football Group would complete the signing and Diego Rosa would link up with them after he turns 18, in October – a deal which starts at £5.2million but could rise as high as £23million if he breaks into the first team.
Rosa is certainly one for the future. The biggest issue, is he would not qualify for a work permit, and is set to be loaned out to one of the CFG clubs, probably Girona and possibly a French second division side CFG are rumored to buy.

He will most likely be loaned out to one of the CFG's European clubs.

Rosa is a versatile midfielder and while not having broken in to the first team at Gremio, his international play as a u-17 World Cup winner is certain to generate hype.
It seems a deal for the future and we’ll keep an eye on him.
