Leroy Sane will leave Manchester City this summer and depart to Bayern Munich. So the question is who will replace him? A case could be made that Phil Foden is the future there as Pep has alluded to before. However, that’s not as fun so let’s indulge some names for a replacement.

Option 1 - Jadon Sancho

Ah, an old familiar face. Sancho, of course, left Man City and now i being valued at 100 million euros. The new caveat however, is amidst the pandemic, many clubs are looking for cash now and that could benefit City.

Reports this week peg Sancho can be had for 60-70 which is incredible considering where we were just in April. He would be my first choice and a perfect compliment to Sterling/Mahrez.

Option 2 - Adama Traore

The winger has been City’s nightmare and so difficult in recent matchups and would be an ideal replacement. Speed, smarts and vision like few wingers possess and he could be even an ideal piece for Pep. Reports peg his price at 40-50, but City can negotiate close to 35 and be close to a deal.

Option 3 - Mikel Oyarzabal

The winger could provide depth in the wings as Sterling and Mahrez are really it now. Price would be of concern with a reported £62.5m buyout clause. Mikel had been of interest before so he could come in to play if City whiff on the first two.

That’s it! Who would you like to see join City this summer?
