Another day, another report that sees Manchester City lose Leroy Sane for relatively cheap. According to BILD, in Germany, Sane and his team have agreed to a deal with Bayern representatives on player wages.
Price details emerge-

Bayern have deposited €40m as a basis for negotiations with Manchester City. Internally, it would be seen as big success if the club can push the price down to under €60m.

The report of price for Sane is particularly notable and quite frankly insulting. Sane is an elite talent and while City have pegged his value at 85-120 Million Euros, an offer beginning at 40 is horrendous.
This of course is a long winding saga that has seen many entries in it and now is getting ridiculous. Manchester City would be wise to hold out for more money or convince Sane to stay, whioch is reportedly Pep’s plan.
Thoughts on the deal?
