Manchester City have written to supporters as they start processing ticketing refunds for the season.
Fans have been waiting for an update since the season was stopped back in March when it became apparent that it would be unlikely that they would be allowed into games.
City’s new statement provided by the Manchester Evening news is as follows-
“the club have made the decision to refund supporters either for individual match tickets that had been bought or in the case of seasoncard holders for the value of six home games left in the competition. There is also the option for the money already paid to be used as match credit for next season.
Anyone who bought tickets for the Real Madrid Champions League game will also get their money back, with no danger of them being removed from a cup scheme. More details are expected this week.”
Good news and as a fan the correct move.
