Raheem Sterling will miss the West Ham encounter after exams revealed he has suffered damage to his left hamstring.
The forward limped out of the game at Tottenham on Sunday and was given further tests as the week carried on.
Some reports have said he could be expected back in March for the League Cup Final at Wembley v Aston Villa.
Of course we hope Raheem a full recovery.
Subject of much criticism for on field play, this could be a rest that is much needed as we approach the final portion of the season.
