Pep had his usual conference this week ahead of the massive game v Spurs. Let’s see what the boss has for us this week.

Pep on Sours and Jose Mourinho-

“He is a manager with a lot of experience and success is not about to cannot be judged on his time at United or just one season,” said the boss at the his pre-match press conference.

“What he has done for football for 15 or 20 years people who judge don’t understand,

“As a professional I judge my colleagues over many years.”

Pep on injuries/updates-

“Aymeric is OK, he had fatigue but he wasn’t injured but I’m not going to take risks,” said Pep.

“Maybe he can play against Spurs, but we don’t know just yet and if he can’t, he will be fine for West Ham.”

“Leroy has started to train with us and has been moving surprisingly well,” said Pep. “It is nice to see him back.

“Laporte was training with us for three weeks before he played against Sheffield United, so we will have to see how Leroy goes.”

Pep on recalling players-

Adarabiyo has been on loan at Blackburn Rovers, but Pep said he didn’t feel the need to recall him.

“No I didn’t consider that,” he said.

“John is there, Fernandinho is there, Nico is there, Eric working with us for a long time and he’s played good - Laporte and John have been injured, yes, but this happens in that positions sometimes.”
