Manchester City is close to signing Argentine winger, Dario Sarmiento. That according to Fabrizio Romano, who says the deal can reach 19 million euros.
Talks progressing between Kevin de Bruyne and Manchester City board to extend his contract. ‘Here we go’ territory expected soon.#MCFC close to complete the signing of Darío Sarmiento [17 years old] from Estudiantes. The ‘real’ fee will be €9m + add ons [potentially €19m].

This would be another prude signing by City. Getting a nice winger and U-18 national team player in now before new Premier League regulations take place is smart. With the options at CFG, City can get creative with player development until he is deemed ready to join the first team.
Thoughts on the deal?
