Manchester City Cruise By Olympiakos, 3-0: Reaction & Tweets

Gabriel Jesus sealed a fantastic return to action with a game ending second goal as City’s perfect start to the Champions League group stage continued against Greek champions Olympiakos.

Ferran Torres scored early on before Jesus jumped off the bench to secure victory towards the end of the game.

Joao Cancelo added a solid late third as City has a 100% start to Group C.

A win, clean sheet and Jesus return. We move.

“It is important, of course the fact that Gabriel is back,” said Pep.

“He is so important for us. He scored a brilliant goal, and I’m so happy that Gabriel is back.”

“He moves really well with the ball and without the ball. He’s growing, but he’s already scored a lot of goals. We’re happy for his performance.

“But in general, the first half and the last 15 minutes was really good.

“The way we played the chances we created we had to score more.
