Aleix Garcia has moved to Dinamo Bucharest on a permanent deal.
The Spanish midfielder has been at City since 2015. After a string of loan spells he gets a permanent move away.
He played two consecutive seasons on loan at Girona, before spending last season at Belgian side Mouscron.
He will now continue his career in the Romanian top flight.
