Manchester City 4, 2’ K. De Bruyne, 43’ S. Agüero, 55’ S. Agüero, 79’ Bernardo

Brighton 0.

Welcome to your quick recap. Manchester City returned to the W column at home defeated a very solid Brighton squad. In a tight game and one that featured some great goals. It was Sergio Aguero brace that led to victory for the blues. Aguero’s second goal was absolutely magnificent.

City was its usual self, dominating possession and chances and even though they did not take all their chances looked fairly well. Brighton meanwhile, did well in the first half, but fizzled out after some 50 minutes in.

Pep will be sure to build on this and take a well earned break for the international break.

In totality a win at home, a clean sheet and we keep moving.
