Manchester City are reportedly looking at bringing former blue Angelino back to the Etihad. The Spanish left back joined PSV Eindhoven last summer, but a season of impressive performances have lead to some clubs eyeing up a move for the 22 year old.
But the blues can steal a march on their rivals by activating a £5.35m buy-back clause, inserted into the deal last year and City are rumoured to be ready to activate it.
Should the transfer go through, it will bolster City’s options at left back, particularly with Benjamin Mendy enduring long injuries over his first two seasons and cover as well for Oleksandr Zinchenko.
