Manchester City have been drawn away to Oxford United in the third round of the Carabao Cup. The Blues will travel to the Kassam Stadium in late September as they look to begin their defence of the cup.
Karl Robinson’s side are currently sitting 22nd in League One and qualified for the third round with a victory over Newport County earlier this week.
The game is due to be played on the week commencing Monday 24th September, although an exact date and time has not been confirmed by the club.
City won the competition for the sixth time in their history last February with a convincing 3-0 victory over Arsenal.
