City, on the other hand, are running rampant in the league. They currently sit at the top of the EPL with 32 points and a goal difference of positive 31. At the moment, is seems nothing will stand in their way.

Will the Blues continue their remarkable run on Saturday when they face the Hammers?

Prediction:

Following the international break, West Ham United manager Manuel Pellegrini will hope his side get back to winning ways. The Hammers have only won three of their opening 12 EPL matches this season. They will certainly need to improve their performances if they have any hopes of avoiding the relegation drop.

The Hammers will have no ease task, however, as they host the Blues on Saturday. Their recent results against the Mancunian club have not been good. In their three encounters against the Blues at the London Stadium, the Hammers have lost on all three occasions. During this period, City won by a scoreline of 13-1. Should the Hammers hope to win this match, they will need to rely on former City manager Pellegrini and former defender Pablo Zabeleta.

Manchester City Pep Guardiola, on the other hand, will expect no changes to his current side. The Blues broke a series of records last season, and they do not look as if they will let up this season. Given their efficiency on the pitch, it is likely the Blues will continue their remarkable trend. Therefore, the Hammers could be in for a long day on Saturday.

Given their current forms and productivity in front of goal, it is predicted the Blues will comfortably overcome the Hammers on Matchday 13.
