Kevin De Bruyne signs new five-year Manchester City deal

Manchester City have confirmed that midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has signed a new five-year deal with the club.

The midfielder follows Nicolas Otamendi, Fernandinho and David Silva in committing his future to Pep Guardiola’s side.

De Bruyne has signed on until 2023 and is pretty happy about his new deal.

“I am really happy to have signed this new deal,

“As I’ve said previously, my intention has always been to stay here at City, where I’ve felt at home from day one.

“Not only are we winning – we are playing great football. It’s a to be a part of and I’m really excited about what we can achieve in the coming years.”

De Bruyne has been in simply brilliant form all season with eight goals and 13 assists in all competitions and it’s great news we are going to be able to enjoy him for many more years to come.
