Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has been named December’s manager of the month for a record fourth time in a row.

Pep has won the award every month this season since September, which is a new record, overtaking Antonio Conte who managed it three times in a row last season.

The City boss has led his side to the top of the Premier League, a massive 15 points head of Manchester United and still unbeaten in the top flight.

Also in the running for December’s award were Conte, Sam Allardyce, Roy Hodgson, Jurgen Klopp and Mauricio Pochettino but once again Pep came out on top.
