Kevin De Bruyne has been included in UEFA’s team of the year for 2017, the first time a Manchester City player has ever made the all star lineup.
The midfielder has enjoyed a stunning year and is one of just two Premier League players in the 11, with Chelsea’s Eden Hazard the other.
The pair are also the first ever Belgians to make the UEFA team.

The team is voted for by fans with almost nine million votes cast and lines up in a 4-4-2 formation.
In goal is Gianluigi Buffon with a back four of Dani Alves, Sergio Ramos, Giorgio Chiellini and Marcelo.
De Bruyne lines up in midfield alongside Toni Kroos, Luka Modric and Hazard while up front, unsurprisingly, are Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
