Manchester City will finish their home campaign in the Premier League this season with a game against West Bromwich Albion that is crucial to City's Top 4 chances. A win would leave City needing just a point to secure Champions League next season, while a loss would give both Liverpool and Arsenal a huge advantage going into the last match.

Pep Guardiola saw his team win the last two matches at the Etihad against Crystal Palace and Leicester City, and he hopes to get another victory at home to go into the season finale against Watford with a much easier job to do. City should have been challenging for the title this season, but the Top 4 is the only "glory" left, so the team will be looking to break down a stubborn Tony Pulis defense and get three points.

With the quick turnaround between the Leicester match and the West Brom clash, Pep has some decisions to make in regards to his team's selection, and we'd like to know what is your favorite lineup! Please vote on the poll below and pick your favorite formation and eleven players for the game against Albion.
