Gabriel Jesus is the newest start of the Premier League. Since joining Manchester City from Palmeiras in January, the young Brazilian has taken English football by storm, scoring three goals in three starts and winning Sunday's match against Swansea City in the 92nd minute.
The 19-year-old has risen to stardom in scary fashion, and the job he has done as the main man in the City attack has shaken the structures of the club, and even Sergio Agüero is in danger of leaving City because of Gabriel's incredible early form.
But the key word here is early. It's too soon to tell if Jesus will be the superstar he promises to be, and such giant expectations could impact his development if he starts to buy the hype and lose focus on his evolution as a player. It is up to Jesus himself, Pep Guardiola and his teammates to keep Gabriel's attention where it should be, and one of the most important players on the squad is doing just that.
Yaya Touré spoke about the young striker, and he's clearly looking to keep Gabriel Jesus focused on his job, and the evaluation of his impact on the team and in the Premier League is not complete yet:
"He is a very good player; very quick, sharp and clever. We realize we have to be careful, though, and we shouldn't get too excited because he has to be focused. What we want to do is just continue to keep going and, at the end of the season, we can talk about him."
Gabriel Jesus is just one of the great young players on the team, though. Leroy Sané, Raheem Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne still have plenty of years ahead of them, and Yaya knows that the youth in the squad is fundamental to current and future success for the club:
"We need to have young players because City are always a team who wants to win the league. The mentality of the club is to try to get new players in and try to do as best as possible.
"When you see Kevin De Bruyne, David Silva, Jesus, Sané and Raheem Sterling playing well, you realize we have a great squad with some young players."

If Jesus maintains his focus and the rest of the young talent on the team is able to develop and help him, then the future is definitely bright.
