Who will Manchester City get?

Manchester City dominated Crystal Palace on Saturday and advanced to the fifth round of the FA Cup. The fifth round is the Round of 16, and things get really interesting around this time.

This season of the FA Cup has been a really good one to watch. The big hitters from the Premier League are all here (except for Liverpool), but we also have TWO non-League teams left in the Last 16 for the first time in history.

The draw works very easily, and there are the steps:

  • The sixteen remaining teams left have been assigned ball numbers:

1 - Tottenham Hotspur
2 - Derby County or Leicester City
3 - Oxford United
4 - Sutton United
5 - Wolverhampton Wanderers
6 - Arsenal
7 - Lincoln City
8 - Chelsea
9 - Manchester United
10 - Millwall
11 - Huddersfield Town
12 - Burnley
13 - Blackburn Rovers
14 - Fulham
15 - Middlesbrough
16 - Manchester City

  • The teams will be drawn against each other, two balls at a time. It's very simple. For example: if balls 8 and 4 are drawn, then Chelsea will play Sutton United. The first ball is the home team, which would in this example mean that Chelsea would face Sutton at Stamford Bridge.

How to Watch

If you live in the UK, you can watch it live on BBC One at 7:20pm BST (2:20pm ET, USA). If you're not in the UK, there will be a live stream in the FA's YouTube Channel.
