Manchester City has loaned out Spanish youth prospect Manu García Alonso to dutch club NAC Breda for the remainder of the season.
The 19-year-old started the season on loan at Deportivo Alavés, however the deal was cut short due to a lack of appearances. He walked onto the pitch only once in the Copa Del Rey, which was stagnating his development.
NAC Breda officially confirmed the deal on Twitter, where Manu was followed by many of the players along with the club itself. He has already matched his number of appearances during his last loan move, playing in a friendly in which he sported the number nineteen.
Garcia has been compared to current Sky Blue star David Silva. He has looked absolutely electric in all of his performances for City, giving supporters hope that he will one day climb the ranks and fill Silva’s boots with a starting role at the Etihad.
Good luck, Manu!
