Manchester City's perfect start to the season was stopped on Wednesday, but the Citizens are yet to lose after a marvelous 3-3 draw against Celtic FC at Celtic Park, which saw the Sky Blues drop to second place in the Champions League group stage. It was a truly remarkable match, one of the best in history, and it was thanks in large part to City's amazing reaction.
The Citizens were behind three times in the game, but came back and tied it three times. It wasn't a very good performance, but Pep Guardiola's side fought hard and earned a valuable point in The Paradise.
City players usually take to social media after the match, but with such a thrilling, intense game, only two of them shared their thoughts with their followers:
We had chances to get ahead but it was a very complicated and unusual match in a difficult turf. Now, Sunday's on my mind. C'mon, City!

Certainly we wanted another result but the important thing was how we react every single time.… https://t.co/akXaMZSdq7

Coach Pep Guardiola spoke after the match, and he was clearly not satisfied with the performance, but was proud of his team's fighting spirit during the match.
"It was difficult for us to start in the first half and second half with a goal against us, that's why I'm so happy for the reaction of the players - it's not easy to score three goals away.
"In the second-half - the last 20 minutes - we made absolutely everything so I don't know how many chances they had after the three goals, it's a pity because to win here would be a good step forward but we need to (play) from the beginning.
"This group, this Club, we are going to fight until the last game to qualify.
"It's football, it's Europe, the opponents are good. When you see the last 24 games at home for Celtic they lost just three. I know how difficult it is, that's why the reaction was amazing.
"We knew they would start strong, we knew the second goal - it was unlucky - but how we play until the end... I don't remember an action from Celtic after their third goal. Claudio didn't stop anyone else, in the last minutes we had a lot of chances.
"It's okay, it's one point, we didn't lose."
