Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola spoke to the press ahead of the Champions League match against Celtic FC at Celtic Park in Glasgow.

Pep has never visited the Bhoys' stadium as a manager or player, and it will certainly be a very interesting experience for the Catalan coach to meet Celtic's incredible fans. After losing 7-0 to Barcelona in the group stage opener, Celtic players, coaches and fans hope to put on a better performance, and Pep knows how tough the match will be.

But he's confident in his team following a nice victory against Gladbach two weeks ago, and Guardiola hopes for another good victory and performance to maintain the perfect start to the season.

“It's my first time in Glasgow, playing against Celtic. Everyone talks to me about the atmosphere, I'm looking forward to playing here. I know how strong they are here. I spoke with my old players, and they have said this is a special environment.

"I was happy with our performance against Borussia Mönchengladbach and this is an opportunity to take a big step forward.

"I saw the game here against Rangers and saw how intense Celtic were, unlike the game in Barcelona. There was lots of high pressing, they were aggressive and that's the kind of game I expect tomorrow."
