Manchester City vs West Ham United, Premier League: Confirmed Lineups

Here we go!!!

Manchester City football is back to our lives, and today's match is tough. West Ham United is always dangerous and did the trick at Etihad Stadium last season, so the Sky Blues need to have a very good match.

Both sides have changed badges for this season, but City forgot to update the West Ham crest, which led to a fun troll job by the Hammers social media people:

Anyway, the stadium is set (and beautiful)...

... Pep Guardiola and the boys have arrived at the stadium...

... And the lineups are out!

No surprises from Guardiola as far as the starting lineup goes. All the players rested in the Champions League game against Steaua start today. The biggest surprise is Samir Nasri on the bench, as the Frenchman is clearly not on Pep's plans and yet has a chance to play today. Willy Caballero returns in goal, with Joe Hart returning to the bench.

This seems to be Pep Guardiola's favorite starting lineup at the moment, and it will need to play fantastic football against a West Ham side with five at the back. This will be fun.

COME ON CITY!
