Manchester City's form against sides in the bottom half of the Premier League table continues to be excellent. Sunday's 4-0 win over Bournemouth marked the return of Kevin De Bruyne to the Blues side and a resounding performance that kept the Blues in 4th position in the Premier League table.
The title still looks elusive as City has only won twice against a top nine side this season and sit fifteen points (with a match in hand) behind league-leaders Leicester City. However, avoiding the the two-leg tie that the fourth-placed Premier League side faces to qualify for the Group Stage of the UEFA Champions League is still very possible. City sits eight points behind second-placed Tottenham with a match in hand and just four points behind Arsenal.
