Sergio Agüero had a sensational performance in Manchester City's giant 3-0 win against Chelsea on Saturday. The Argentinean took over the game, scoring all three goals and getting his first ever victory at Stamford Bridge as a Citizen.
Speaking after the match, Agüero was clearly satisfied with his performance, but remained focused on helping the team and achieving the objectives for the end of the season. He also praised Kevin De Bruyne and Samir Nasri, who assisted two of Sergio's goals. And as he inches closer to his one-hundredth Premier League score, El Kun hopes to get it as soon as possible.
Here's a look at Agüero's post-match quotes:
"I'm very happy with the three goals but more importantly the victory, the three points were very important.
"Since I got here I never won [at Stamford Bridge], so I'm very happy. It is a difficult stadium and we have done a really good job, so I'm very happy with the three points.
"People outside the team are saying many things, but we are humble, we play game by game and we always try our best.
"I always try to keep scoring goals and doing my best, but now the objective is to finish in the top four and try to do our best in the Champions League.
"I do like playing against Chelsea, and I hope to keep scoring against them in the upcoming years.
"[De Bruyne and Nasri] are fantastic players, brilliant footballers, I'm very happy to have them on the team. I know that any given time they could give me an assist like they did today.
"I'm only one goal away from one hundred in the Premier League, we have a few matches left this season and I hope I can do it. Right now we need to focus on an important game Newcastle, but maybe I can score."
