David Silva, Nolito named in Spain national team squad for November matches

Two City stars play for La Roja!

Two Manchester City stars are once again part of one of the strongest squads in international football.

David Silva and Nolito have been called up by Julen Lopetegui for the third straight time to represent Spain in the next two international matches taking place this month. The first is a World Cup European Qualifier against Macedonia (November 12), followed by a very good international friendly against England at Wembley (November 15).

Silva has been the biggest star in the Spanish team since Lopetegui took over three months ago, scoring and assisting plenty of goals in the process. Nolito scored in the last game, and is also an important piece of the team. Spain lead their group in the European Qualifier and are in a comfortable path to automatic qualification to the World Cup in Russia, and should dismantle Macedonia at home to continue in first place.

Then, the friendly at Wembley should be very, very fun. England are trying to be good under Gareth Southgate (which they haven't been so far), and testing themselves against one of the best national teams in the universe will be a good idea. Plus, Silva and Nolito will play in London, and the trip to Manchester will be a short one after the game, which is good news for City.

Please play well and don't get injured, guys!
