Can’t argue with that...

Manchester City’s new goalkeeper Claudio Bravo has stated that his current club is not as big as his former, Barcelona.

“The two clubs are similar in terms of budget, but in terms of magnitude Barcelona is much bigger,” the Chilean said in an interview with TVN.

This can not be argued with as the Blaugrana are an enormously successful football club. City will hope to reach their level of triumph in the coming years, however fans must have patience.

Claudio expressed praise for his manager Pep Guardiola as well.

“For me, he is the best manager in the world. He is also very sincere. You can ask him for things related to football. For your family too.”

The veteran goalkeeper also cleared up any misunderstandings about his relationship with his former Barcelona teammate Marc-André Ter Stegen and their competition.

“It was more trouble for the press. For me it never was. You always want to compete at the highest level and want to play, and then it is up to the coach that decides who’d play.”
