Manchester City midfielder Bersant Celina has been impressive at the start of his loan period at FC Twent in the Dutch league, and some big European teams are paying attention.
According to a report from The Sun, Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund have sent scouts to Eredivisie matches in order to watch and evaluate the 20-year-old, who made his City debut against Leicester City last season and was sent to the Netherlands to get playing time at City's partner club. Celina scored in his first three games and is now a Kosovo international.
Pep Guardiola is a big fan of the youngster and plans to use him next season after he cleans up the squad and starts to give more opportunities to young players, but Dortmund could tempt the player to move to Germany with the promise of regular playing time in the senior level.
Thomas Tuchel has been giving minutes to promising prospects Ousmane Dembele, Christian Pulisic and Emre Mor this season, a clear sign that the Dortmund manager wants to develop youth talent. But Celina will not be one of those players who you develop, Tuchel. Stay way, Bersant belongs to us!
