Now, while I have nothing against our current manager Manuel Pellegrini, I feel that Pep would be an amazing manager for the club. Here is why:
- He has managed two of the best teams in all of football, winning a total of 5 league titles between the two, also winning 2 Champions League titles, and City needs that no non-sense, winning type mentality
- A fresh spark for City. I feel that City needs a fresh spark to get them to the next level in Europe.
All of this being said, I believe that this season should decide whether Pellegrini will stay at the helm or Pep will come on board. Pellegrini has an opportunity this season to secure his job long-term if the club can reclaim the Premier League title and make a stronger push in Europe.
