Per The Guardian:
The player's agent, Batur Altiparmak, added: "An agreement in principle has been reached. Bursaspor have given Unal permission to have a medical at Manchester City."
Unal had an extraordinary goal ratio at youth level, attracting scouts from across Europe after scoring 182 goals in 110 appearances for Bursaspor's reserves. He also struck 24 times in 25 international games for Turkey at under-16 level before being fast-tracked into the under-19 and under-21 sides.
A player I haven't heard of if I'm honest but he certainly comes with some pedigree at youth level and has some senior experience in 2014/15.
@JongsmaJongsma @danny_pugsley @PaulSarahs Turkish international at 17. Deadly in front of goal needs, needs polishing but very promising

Like other rumoured signing Patrick Roberts you'd imagine Unal is two or three years away from having an impact but add his name to the expanding crop of young players in the 18-21 or so age rank that the club now has.
