So Pellegrini sticks to his guns which have gotten the recent wins. It is a strange sight to see both Kompany and Toure on the bench, but this is probably what their play (and health) has warranted.
QPR are clinging to the final clutches of life in the Premier League today, as a failure to capture all 3 points would send them back down to the Championship. They trail both Newcastle and Sunderland by 9 points, so any escape is unlikely.
