At least it isn't PSG...

That's the mantra of Blues fans Monday as Manchester City were drawn into a UEFA Champions League Round of 16 tie with Dynamo Kyiv of Ukraine. The Blues were eliminated from the Europa League by Dynamo Kyiv in 2011 at the Round of 16 stage.

The first leg will be held February 24th, a Wednesday behind closed doors in the Ukrainian capital. Kyiv like CSKA Moscow, who Manchester City faced a year ago in the group stage will be serving a punishment imposed by UEFA for racist fan behavior.

The second leg in Manchester will take place on Tuesday March 15.

Dynamo Kyiv came second in their group, impressively beating traditional European power Porto in Portugal and giving Chelsea all they could handle at Stamford Bridge before a late goal gave Jose Mourinho's side what seemed like an undeserved three points.

Regardless of how tough Dynamo Kyiv appear, Manchester City must make progress beyond the Round of 16 this season, and all focus at the club will be on navigating this tie while continuing to keep touch with the top of the Premier League.
