Another Saturday brings another league match and chance for three more points. There is a lot going on with City heading into this match, most of which is the product of poor form and managerial speculation. Following a draw to Villa and losses to both Liverpool and Juventus, City need a good display here to show that things are back on track and talk of crisis to be premature.

Lineup just about expected, save for David Silva on the bench, as many thought he may start this match. Pellegrini has deemed him not fit for 90 as he makes his way back from injury, and this will be his first match since then. So, Fabian Delph gets the start instead, and that certainly pleases me. We'll get our first look at a Delph-Fernandinho pairing behind Yaya. On the bench, Fernando is likely the emergency CB if needed.
