Emyr Huws joins Wigan Athletic on a six month loan

The deal, officially announced on Wigan's website, will see the 19-year-old join City legend, Uwe Rosler, at the Championship Club.

Huws was included in City's United States tour and will join Wigan at its conclusion.

While many were hopeful his performances for Birmingham City last season were enough to ensure a loan to a Premier League side, it's at least nice to know he'll team up up with a manager and Club that try to play progressive, passing football.
