Here's Manuel Pellegrini's press conference from yesterday:
Pondering his team, "it's not easy to choose eleven starters. All the players deserve to play". Pellegrini did concede that some players (the likes of Joleon Lescott and Costel Pantilimon) had started all of the games in the competition but would not commit to guaranteeing a start. He did confirm that he had made his decision on his goalkeeper but did not reveal who he had selected although the morning press (Saturday) do seem to be suggesting that Pantilimon will get the nod over Hart.
Pellegrini did state though that Stevan Jovetic and Matija Nastasic (oh, and Richard Wright?!) were ruled out but that Sergio Aguero was in contention, saying it was "key to have Sergio Aguero back, he's an important player" but was non-committal on whether he was fit enough to start.
For what it's worth I don't see too much in the way of shuffling the squad around and that with a brief respite in terms of back to back fixtures this week expect as much a full-strength side as possible to be selected.
