City's reward for their comfortable win over Wigan last night is a trip to the North-East to face Newcastle, victors against Leeds, in round 4.
There were plenty of changes for the Wigan game and expect the same next time out given the trip is preceeded with a game away to Chelsea and a trip in the Champions League to Moscow:
City will play four away games in a row: West Ham (Oct 19), CSKA Moscow (Oct 23), Chelsea (Oct 27), and Newcastle (Oct 29/30). Tough.
