PDO
Slowly but surely we are seeing teams' PDO regressing toward the mean. Arsenal and Liverpool's PDO remains high due to their high save % numbers. Cardiff's PDO is keeping them alive. Man City's scoring% is unsustainable.
Spurs & Southampton's save percentages have been wrecked from the ridiculous heights of, say, week 10. Arsenal and Liverpool's save percentages likely* regress too.
*Likely is a polite way of saying "that save% is probably going to fucking crash!"

Shots On Target Rating
This table shows us how efficient teams are at getting shots on target and preventing the opposition from doing the same.
SoT For%= shots on target for/shots for.
SoT Prevention%=100-shots on target against/shots against.
SoT Rating=SoT For% + SoT Prevention%.
These numbers do vary somewhat from, say, the first 19 games to the second 19 games of any given season. Conversely they also capture some of a teams systems and how efficient they are in with all things shots on target.
So, Arsenal's shots on target for% is either a pretty good imitation of Barcelona or there may be an element of regression to come. Either way, it's a mighty impressive number so far, I'm just not sold that Arsenal can sustain that number.
Fulham's Rating number is a pretty big help considering that they are being butchered in the TSR count.
Tottenham are posting excelling ratio numbers in both TSR and SoTR but here in SoT Rating we can see that they are subpar and it's the defense that is dragging them down. Tottenham's SoT Prevention% is 5% points below the average of 66.8%.
Cradiff are dreadful by nearly every stat and this category is no different. Yelp
