Man City 3-1 QPR: Highlights And Reaction

New, comments

Saturday's home fixture against QPR saw City collect all three points, but again we showed no little fragility in defense to go with all the attacking dominance that is now an Etihad regularity. The rust will be shaken off.

City's total of seven points from nine games, when not playing like their usual selves and also conceding some worryingly easy goals against, is not a bad points haul.

Platt's Reaction

Nasri Reaction

All told, not a bad at the office. Tevez was sensational. Rodwell impressed in midfield, he broke up play, he passing was neat and more importantly he passing range appeared to be much less conservative today. Rodwell will needs time to develop and mature, but I do think he will be a fine player. Needs to be more adventurous and more assertive in style.

We now have an International break to contend with. So we can only wait to see how the new signings will fit in. Maicon should give us an extra dimension at home. Javi Garcia, if highlights are to be believed, should give us a very strong presence in the center of the park in those tougher away games.

Enjoy the International week.
