£16M Deal For Javi Garcia Is Close (various)

A deal for the Spanish international midfielder Javi Garcia appears to be very close at the time of writing (7pm UK)

Various outlets have the fee varying in price. Some rumours have the fee as high as £22m, but most have the fee as around £16m.
