I'm in the classroom, working with my 9th graders on inferences and the use of supporting evidence. It's going well when I check online and see our Champions League draw. I scream (yes, scream) out, "You've got to be kidding me!" 35 pairs of eyes looking right at me.
What could I tell them? Feel free to share in comments because I'm still in shock. I mean, has there ever been a tougher group? Four defending league champions? Please.
